Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the sales of sodium-ion cathode materials and related products. 2. Market development and maintenance of customer relationships. 3. Analysis and fulfillment of customer needs. 4. Management of sales contracts. 5. Sales planning and execution. 6. Customer service and technical support. 7. Monitoring market trends. 8. Participation in marketing promotions and trade shows. 9. Expansion of sales channels. 10. Internal coordination and communication. Job Requirements: 1. Familiar with the principles of battery materials and the functions of sodium-ion batteries. 2. Possess more than 1 year of marketing experience in the new energy industry, such as battery materials or lithium batteries. 3. Hold an associate degree or higher in a relevant field such as marketing, business administration, electrochemistry, or materials science. 4. Strong service orientation and excellent communication and coordination skills. 5. Outgoing personality, willing to travel and work irregular hours. 6. Hold a driver’s license and be able to drive; preference given to candidates who can accept long-term travel and have existing customer resources.
Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the preservation, classification, supervision, and inspection of various quality documents and materials. 2. Assist in conducting internal audits, external audits, and third-party audits within the company. 3. Responsible for collecting daily quality data, preparing various reports, and submitting them promptly. 4. Measurement instrument management: Establish and update measurement records, develop calibration plans, and handle daily maintenance and disposal of obsolete instruments. 5. Data processing and analysis, addressing quality anomalies in incoming materials and during the production process. 6. Develop supplier quality assessment criteria, review the production processes, quality control systems, and qualifications of potential suppliers, participate in the development of new suppliers, ensure they meet the company’s technical, quality, and compliance requirements, and, if necessary, participate in on-site supplier audits. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with associate degrees may be considered under exceptional circumstances. Major in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience as a quality engineer. 2. Familiar with metrology regulations and standards, proficient in operating various measuring instruments and performing routine maintenance. Proficient in data analysis methods for handling metrology data. Holding a metrology technician qualification certificate is preferred. 3. Diligent and responsible, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork skills. 4. Familiar with the seven quality tools, and possessing experience in on-site quality management and incoming material quality control. 5. Possess strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Able to travel on short-term business trips.
R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 1. Assist the laboratory administrator in managing the laboratory, maintaining 5S standards, conducting material performance testing, and ensuring equipment maintenance. 2. Participate in R&D experiments in the laboratory; execute relevant experimental plans, organize experimental data, and prepare reports on experimental results. 3. Assist the R&D Director in conducting small-scale pilot tests, operating related equipment, and maintaining experimental devices. 4. Assist the R&D Director in conducting patent research on relevant materials and preparing supporting documentation. 5. Complete two or more patent applications (invention patents) annually. 6. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: Major in Materials Science, Materials Chemistry, Energy Studies, or other science-related fields; 1. Proficient in using office software such as WPS, PPT, Word, Excel, Origin, or Mintable, as well as relevant analytical software. 2. Able to endure hard work and adapt to occasional night shifts and overtime. 3. Possess a solid foundation in chemical theory and experience in material synthesis. 4. Demonstrate strong innovative thinking, learning ability, and communication skills; possess high execution capability, a sense of responsibility, and a strong team spirit. Master’s degree holder; with three or more years of experience in R&D of lithium iron phosphate, manganese iron phosphate, or sodium-ion cathode materials NFPP. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in operating R&D and testing equipment in a laboratory setting.
