Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the laboratory administrator in managing the laboratory, maintaining 5S standards in the lab, conducting material performance testing, and ensuring equipment maintenance.
2. Participate in R&D experiments in the laboratory; execute relevant experimental plans and organize experimental data and results for reporting.
3. Assist the R&D Director in conducting small-scale trial wire drawing experiments and operating related equipment, as well as maintaining experimental equipment.
4. Assist the R&D Director in conducting patent research on relevant materials and preparing supporting documentation.
5. Complete two or more patents (invention patents) each year;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
Job requirements:
Science majors such as materials, materials chemistry, and energy;
1. Proficient in using relevant office software, as well as analytical software such as WPS, PPT, Word, Excel, Origin, or Mintable;
2. Able to endure hardship and work diligently, and adaptable to occasional night shifts and overtime work.
3. Possess a certain level of chemical theoretical knowledge and experience in material synthesis;
4. Possesses strong innovative thinking, learning ability, and communication skills; demonstrates strong execution capabilities, takes responsibilities seriously, and has a strong team spirit.
Master’s degree holder; with 3 or more years of experience in the R&D of cathode materials for lithium iron phosphate, lithium manganese iron phosphate, or sodium-ion batteries—including NFPP. Prior experience operating laboratory R&D and testing equipment is preferred.
