Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the preservation, classification, supervision, and inspection of various quality documents and materials.
2. Assist in completing internal audits, external audits, and third-party audit engagements within the company.
3. Responsible for collecting daily quality data, preparing various reports, and submitting them promptly.
4. Measurement Instrument Management: Establish and update measurement records, develop calibration plans, and be responsible for daily maintenance and disposal of obsolete instruments.
5. Data processing and analysis, handling quality anomalies in incoming materials and during the process.
6. Develop supplier quality assessment criteria, review the production processes, quality control systems, and qualifications of potential suppliers, participate in the development of new suppliers, ensure that they meet the company’s technical, quality, and compliance requirements, and, when necessary, participate in on-site supplier audits.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; exceptional candidates may be considered with an associate’s degree. Major in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field. 3–5 years of work experience as a quality engineer.
2. Familiar with metrology laws and standards, proficient in operating various metrological instruments and performing their daily maintenance. Proficient in data analysis methods for processing metrological data. Holding a metrology technician qualification certificate is preferred.
3. Diligent and responsible in work, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork skills.
4. Familiar with the seven quality tools and has experience in on-site quality management and incoming material quality control.
5. Possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and coordination skills. Able to adapt to short-term business trips.
