In a well located in Aershan Baolige Town, Xilinguole League, approximately 70 kilometers from the China-Mongolia border, winter temperatures are extremely low, ranging from about -23℃ to -10℃ (with the lowest temperature reaching as low as -32℃). For a long time, wellhead insulation has relied on diesel generators and boiler trucks, resulting in high energy consumption, severe pollution, enormous costs, and extremely high time costs.
Our company’s first mobile indoor sodium-ion photovoltaic-storage integrated power supply system adopts a hybrid microgrid architecture featuring “photovoltaic power generation + energy storage system + intelligent energy management + backup diesel generator.” With the photovoltaic and energy storage systems at its core, this system has successfully overcome four major technical challenges: extreme cold resistance, high safety, unmanned operation (enabled by an intelligent energy management system), and portability.
