Educational Background:

Professor of Second-Level Tenure Track at Harbin Institute of Technology; since 1998, he has served in various positions at Harbin Institute of Technology, including Lecturer, Associate Researcher, Doctoral Supervisor, and Professor. He is also a Distinguished Professor at Shenzhen University. His research interests include advanced chemical power sources, hydrogen fuel cells, electrocatalysis, and nano-electrode materials.

Main achievements:

Selected as a National-Level High-Tech Talent (4th Batch) and a Leading Talent in Scientific and Technological Innovation for Middle-aged and Young Researchers by the Ministry of Science and Technology; received one First-Class Award for Scientific and Technological Progress in National Defense, two First-Class Awards for Natural Sciences from Heilongjiang Province, one Second-Class Award for Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation from Zhejiang Province, and one First-Class Award for Teaching Achievements from Harbin Institute of Technology. For 10 consecutive years (2014–2023), included in Elsevier’s List of China’s Highly Cited Scientists. Appointed as a Distinguished Professor under the “Longjiang Scholar” Program of Heilongjiang Province; named a Leading Talent in Shandong Province’s Taishan Industrial Program; recognized as a “Double Innovation” Talent in Jiangsu Province. Received the 2022 Hou Debang Chemical Science and Technology Award for Innovation. Published over 300 SCI papers in journals such as Nature Catalysis, Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, and Angewandte Chemie International Edition, with an H-index of 66. In the past five years, published 69 papers with an impact factor greater than 10. Selected among the top 20 highly cited papers over the past decade according to ESI, and among the top 5 ESI Hot Papers. Granted 46 national invention patents, with 18 already commercialized.
